How long does an order take to receive?
Allow us 48-72 hours to box and ship your order. It’s then mailed via USPS First Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail, which generally takes 2 to 5 business days. Obviously, I can’t guarantee how quickly USPS will deliver. Therefore, I suggest you expect 4 - 7 business days.
Can We Cancel An Order?
Yes. Provided it hasn’t been mailed yet. I’ll refund all of your monies. Be sure and send me the name of the person on the charge card that was used (NOT the charge number), along with a phone number or email address (in case I can’t find the order) when asking to cancel. You can use the Contact Form or email me at calleen@calleenwilder.com and tell me you’d like to cancel.
Once shipped, there is no way to cancel a shipment. You may return it, in the same condition you received it, within 30 days of its arrival for a full refund of the purchase price. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Do You Ever Refund?
Yes. We refund the full purchase price if items are returned in satisfactory condition within 30 days of buyer receiving the order. Buyer will pay the return shipping. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
If something wasn’t received, or arrived broken, please contact us at Calleen@CalleenWilder.com. We will file an insurance claim with USPS. Once USPS approves the claim (5-10 business days), you will receive a check from Calleen’s Crystals for any damaged items.
In order to prove the damage to USPS, we will need pictures of all damaged packaging, as well as of the damaged products. Please retain all damaged packaging and products until USPS approves the claim. We will notify you when that happens. And, when your check is forthcoming.
How Big Are the Crystals You Send?
Generally speaking the Crystals run about 1” - 2” in size. Some are smaller. I have a few that run in the range of 4”-5”, especially tower crystals. Crystal sizes are listed under every picture on the above All Crystals link.
Do Your Candles Melt?
Yes. All do. My hope is that everything reaches you in a few business days of shipping and isn’t left sitting in a storage area, or on a hot porch, for very long. I don’t replace melted candles. That’s why the tracking I send you is so important. Please grab your packages ASAP and get them into a cool space.
Do You Charge Shipping?
All orders over $35.00 ship free of charge. All orders under $35.00 have a $5.00 shipping fee added. I do not ship internationally. Sorry!
What if I’m Damaged By Your Product?
I can’t imagine how that would happen. But if it does, please read our Terms of Service Policy. Basically, since I can’t control what you do with the product, as well as whether you have an allergy, known or unknown, I assume no liability. I don’t knowingly sell products that could harm anyone. If you experience any discomfort, stop use immediately.
Do You Guarantee Your Products Will Work?
No. Crystals are amazing in the energy they emit. Personally, I use them everywhere. They’re in my house, car, and on my person. I absolutely do feel they help me ground, heal, calm and center. However, I make no guarantees. Sorry!
Do You Have Any Medical Experience?
None. I am not licensed or certified in anyway medically. If you have medical questions please consult your doctor.
Can You Decide to Not Fill Our Order?
Sounds horrible, but yes. Calleen’s Crystals reserves the right to refuse to work with or sell to anyone. If you’re in any type of industry that works with the public you likely understand this. I have never had to do this, and hope to never be put in that position. However, I do reserve the right to do so should something go awry.
